This independent accident repair centre has been trading since 1978 and is undoubtedly one of the finest independent body repair shops operating in Bristol today.
Perhaps one of the main key features of our success is the high level of personal customer service offered, never loosing sight that ultimately the customer is king.
Graydon Motors are well equipped in today's vehicle body repair industry to repair any make of car and light commercial vehicles and vans up to 4.5 tons and with exotic material type steels and composite vehicle construction are well placed to be able to carry out a full professional repair to any vehicle restoring it to its pre accident condition. Over the years we have steadily grown on our reputation and personal recommendations to the extent that we are recommended network repairers for all brands under the R B S insurance company, plus numerous vehicle accident management companies and have gained accreditation for being authorised repairers for Mazda and the Lotus Sports Car range.
Should you have been unfortunate enough to have had an accident or require any form of bodywork repair on your Lotus, then let us take the strain and give you peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is in a Lotus approved body shop.
Our service will be a fully priced estimate for repair which can normally be posted, e mailed, faxed or networked via dedicated computerised estimating systems.
We can liaise with your insurance company and third parties on your behalf, minimising any worries or delays with getting your Lotus repaired back to its pre-accident condition.
Please always be aware that some insurance companies will try to persuade you to use their own network repair shops. Unfortunately, they will not have the skills and experience of working with fibre glass and other composite materials and will not have time to allocate the care and attention to detail needed to correctly re-build your Lotus. We have a very simple motto here at Graydon Motors which is, Your Car, Your Choice, Your Repairer.
Once repairs are authorised, we can if required offer a group A courtesy car for not just a minimal time period as some insurance companies operate, but for the duration of the repair process allowing you to go about your daily business.
All parts for your Lotus are sourced from Lotus main dealers and in order to minimise down time we will order parts in advance if the vehicle is still in use.
We are well aware that whilst your vehicle is in for repair the most important thing we can do for you is to keep you updated on the progress of repairs, there can be nothing more frustrating than leaving your vehicle with a repairer and hearing nothing until it is ready for collection.
We operate a call log system which is updated daily, but equally if we have your e mail address we will digitally photograph your vehicle at key stages of the repair process and these can be sent to you.
In order to maintain any manufacturer's warranties that may exist and to guarantee the perfect colour match we only use the genuine Lotus approved paint that is applied at the factory from new. This also upholds the warranty status approval from Lotus.
These associations are something we are very proud of and with the introduction of more and more composite materials being introduced into motor vehicles we are at the forefront of modern car design.
Graydon Motors has always been about Customer service and quality of repairs, it has been the foundation stone since the very early days of this business, and through out the years has been rigorously installed through all key areas and processes Training to meet this benchmark has become paramount and even in today’s ever changing and diverse market place we recognise the importance of on going training to maintain the skills and technical abilities needed to for fill our service requirements.
